In 1964 William J. Mocha Jr. founded APSCO in his garage, manufacturing and supplying Pneumatic cylinders to Tulsa Winch. Today, APSCO still has its roots firmly planted in the winch and oilfield industry. With kits for multiple winches, APSCO winch kits include – Clutch and brake band cylinders, air valves, tubing, fittings and all hardware required for mounting. APSCO also provides remote throttle control kits, and vehicle clutch kits.
